Nascido em 16 de Setembro de 1932, na cidade de Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Formou-se em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de Londrina - PR, em 1963. Ingressou na Magistratura em 1974. Atuou como Juiz de Direito nas comarcas de Amambai, Ponta Porã e Campo Grande. Promovido a Desembargador em julho de 1987. Foi Vice-Presidente do Tribunal de Justiça no biênio 1991-1992.
